材料:
- 茄子(大)一條
- 鮮枝竹,兩、三條
- 橄欖菜,適量
- 薑絲,適量
調味:
- 麻油少許
- 醬油少許
方法:
- 茄子洗淨,抺乾,切件排好在蒸碟上。
- 鮮枝竹切段,舖上茄子上。
- 加上適量橄欖菜和薑絲,蒸十分鐘,淋上麻油和醬油即可。
